Coaching for clarity, self-trust, and forward momentum
People often come to coaching feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or out of step with the life they want to be living.
Maybe you're feeling burnt-out, unsure of how to balance your mental health with work or study, or you're struggling to keep up with everything expected of you. Perhaps you've been trying to change patterns of behaviour, or you’re navigating questions about neurodivergence. You're not alone and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
I offer a space to slow down, reflect, and explore your next steps.
I bring an empathic and collaborative coaching style. My role is to come alongside you, listen deeply and help you uncover greater clarity, confidence and self-compassion.
Together, we’ll explore what’s most important to you, what’s getting in the way, and how you want to move forward. I’ll offer curiosity, reflective questions and—at times—gentle challenge and accountability.
Each session is intended to support you moving forward with purpose, at a pace that feels right for you.

Through our time together, you can expect to:

^ Identify areas where you’re being hard on yourself and explore ways of practicing greater acceptance and self-compassion.
^ Identify any challenges or barriers you’re facing and develop strategies for approaching these.
^ Increase confidence and trust in your decisions and direction.
^ Stay accountable and motivated as you make meaningful changes.
